I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful rest. The lack of windows didn't bother me much since the room was so spacious. The service was top-notch, with professional staff who were always ready to help. The location was a major plus, right next to the vibrant Florida Street and close to Plaza San Martin and the metro station. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise, with a varied buffet to start the day right.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean and excellent, but there were minor issues like a broken latch on the window and a hairdryer that stopped working. The location was ideal, right on Florida Pedestrian Street with high-end shopping and restaurants. The service was helpful, but I found it unsettling when they warned about safety after 8 pm in the area.
